The performance of
Heat Transfer Fluids is closely related to the design of the industrial circulation system. A scientific and reasonable circulation system design can maximize the thermal conductivity and stability of heat transfer fluids, improve industrial thermal efficiency, and reduce energy consumption and system failure rates. Unreasonable pipeline layout, equipment matching, and parameter setting will lead to insufficient fluid circulation, uneven heat transfer, local overheating, and accelerated fluid aging, seriously affecting production stability. Optimizing heat transfer fluid circulation system design is an important way to improve industrial thermal management level.
Pipeline layout optimization is the foundation of efficient heat transfer fluid circulation. The pipeline design should follow the principles of short path, low resistance, and uniform distribution, reducing pipeline bending, dead ends, and excessive resistance components. Excessively long pipelines and multiple bends will increase fluid circulation resistance, reduce flow rate, cause heat loss, and lead to local fluid stagnation and overheating aging. At the same time, the pipeline slope and exhaust device should be reasonably set to eliminate air accumulation in the system; air mixing will cause fluid oxidation, cavitation, and heat transfer efficiency reduction. Reasonable pipeline diameter matching ensures stable fluid flow rate, avoiding low flow rate heat transfer insufficiency or high flow rate energy waste.
Heat exchange equipment and power component matching directly determine system thermal efficiency. Heat exchangers, reactors, and heating equipment should select matching heat transfer area and structural form according to fluid thermal performance and process temperature requirements to ensure full heat exchange between fluid and equipment. Circulation pumps need to match fluid viscosity and system resistance; low-power pumps cannot meet circulation demand, while excessive power pumps cause energy waste and fluid shear aging. In addition, temperature control sensors and pressure regulating devices should be reasonably configured to realize real-time monitoring and precise adjustment of system temperature and pressure, maintaining the fluid working state within the optimal parameter range.
System protection and maintenance design ensure long-term stable operation. Install high-efficiency filter devices at the system inlet and circulation loop to intercept particulate impurities generated by equipment wear and fluid aging, avoiding pipeline blockage and heat exchanger fouling. Set over-temperature and over-pressure protection devices to prevent system failure caused by abnormal working conditions. Reserve professional sampling ports and maintenance interfaces to facilitate regular fluid performance testing, filtration, and replacement. At the same time, design a reasonable system cooling and standby mechanism to avoid long-term high-load continuous operation of the fluid. Scientific circulation system design can give full play to the performance advantages of heat transfer fluids, improve industrial thermal efficiency by 20%-35%, and effectively reduce system failure rates and operational energy consumption.
