JINTHERM 901 is a synthetic heat transfer oil used for both heating and cooling. It can be used at a maximum ambient film temperature below 350°C. It is recommended to be used at a liquid phase circulation temperature below 320°C at normal pressure. It belongs to aromatic hydrocarbons, has excellent thermal stability, rarely produces carbon compounds and sediments, and is not corrosive to various metals used in mechanical equipment.

1. Excellent thermal stability
Thermal conductivity oil will decompose when used at high temperature. And, after a long time of use will slowly deteriorate. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a high thermal stability heat conduction oil suitable for the use of temperature. JINTHERM 901 is a heat-conducting oil with high thermal stability, which can be used in liquid phase circulation at the maximum membrane temperature of 350°C, and recommended for use below atmospheric pressure of 320C.

2. High boiling point and flash point, with safety
JINTHERM 901 has low pour point and is generally -50°C. Due to low temperature viscosity, Jintherm 901 can be used as a low temperature cooling heat conduction oil in a wide range of temperatures. It is an energy saving heat conduction oil.

3. No corrosion
JINTHERM901 is not corrosive to iron or non-iron metal materials used in general industrial equipment.
