Leave a messageJINTHERM 701 is mainly composed of Monobenzyltoluene (CAS: 27776-1-8), with a chemical formula of C14H14. As a high-quality thermal medium carrier, it can not only operate stably at high temperatures of 340 ℃ for a long time (under pressure), but also act as a refrigerant in low-temperature environments. It has excellent low-temperature fluidity and high-temperature thermal stability, making it very suitable for applications that require flexible switching between heat transfer and cooling functions.
The characteristics of
1. Excellent thermal stability
Thermal conductivity oil will decompose when used at high temperature. And, after a long time of use will slowly deteriorate. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a high thermal stability heat conduction oil suitable for the use of temperature. JINTHERM 701 is a heat-conducting oil with high thermal stability. It can be used for gas or liquid phase circulation up to the maximum membrane temperature of 370°C. Atmospheric pressure is recommended for use below 330°C.
2, with excellent low temperature characteristics
JINTHERM 701 has low pour point and is generally -60°C. Due to low temperature viscosity, Jintherm 701 can be used as a low temperature cooling heat conduction oil in a wide range of temperatures. It is an energy saving heat conduction oil.
3. No corrosion
JINTHERM 701 is generally not corrosive to iron and non-iron metal materials used in industrial equipment.
4, no concentration control
Unlike glycol - type cold carriers, there is no need for water concentration control and rust prevention.
Note: The above technical parameters are typical data of this product. For specific products, the final test data provided by the company shall prevail.
