The characteristics of
1) The viscosity is moderate and changes little with temperature fluctuation;
2) Stable chemical properties, no chemical reaction with other components;
3) High solubility to dyes, fast hair color speed, deep color;
4) It has little solubility and permeability to the material of the capsule wall;
5) Low saturated vapor pressure and low volatility; Non-toxic and odorless.
