JINTHERM 701 is mainly composed of Monobenzyltoluene (CAS: 27776-1-8), with a chemical formula of C₁₄H₁₄. As a high-quality thermal medium carrier, it can not only operate stably at high temperatures of 340 ℃ for a long time (under pressure), but also act as a refrigerant in low-temperature environments. It has excellent low-temperature fluidity and high-temperature thermal stability, making it very suitable for applications that require flexible switching between heat transfer and cooling functions.
